1.025″ Reservoir Extension tubes

1.025″ ID x 1.110″ OD Modular Extension Tubes for Suspension reservoir builds

Add on to your reservoir tube to increase volume as needed for variable and changing conditions of outside temp and elevation. Modular design allows for quick on the spot changes in pressurized volume capacity (air or oil filled suspension) without having to do extensive valving adjustments.

Extension tubes thread into the position of seal caps

• M27x1 Left hand threads same as on all our 1.025″ tubes.
• Modular design allows you to stack as many extensions as you want
• 2″ model adds 2″ to length, has 1.650″ of usable piston stroke length
• 3″ model adds 3″ to length, has 2.650″ of usable piston stroke length
• 4″ model adds 4″ to length, has 3.650″ of usable piston stroke length

Extension tube Male Threads are 0.300″ long, same length as flanged cap threads so its an easy swap and keep riding. Fitment note: These extensions will not work with a flangeless cap setup. They will only work with the flanged caps which have a flange that seats against the tube end and the threads protrude 0.300″ into the tube- same length of threads as on the extension. The flange must seat fully against the tube end or you will be loosing pressure!

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The tube ends are a precision machined surface made to seal internal air/oil pressure. Protect tube ends from damage. Do not attempt to shorten tube unless you have the tools and know-how or you will have leaks!
