Threaded seal caps for 1.025″ ID Suspension reservoir pressure tubes
⚠️ Seal caps are the same thread size for original and Gen 2.0 tubes
- M27x1 Left hand Male thread
- Available in standard flanged and flangeless model for customization and easier setup
- Flange on cap seats on the tube face
- Flangeless cap does not have a flange and gives 0.070″ of adjustability while still giving it a clean look.
- Uses 1/16 x 13/16 FKM O-ring (Fluoro-Elastomer) to seal. FKM withstands heat up to 400°F – far hotter than your suspension will ever get so it does not loose pressure as heat builds up.
- Install the oring only on final assembly! The fine threads cut into the oring and will destroy it after threading on a few times.
- Apply a lubricant to oring before installing to help keep the threads from cutting in.
- Comes with 5 Orings. Extra Orings available
- Four pin holes on face allow for 2 to be used by bleeder valve and adjustment screw
- Drill and tap to your needed thread size
- Use any 2 opposing holes, other 2 are for pin wrench to tighten/ remove cap
- 4mm pin holes for use with a universal grinder pin wrench (5$ at harbor freight. Amazon/ Ebay has a bunch, make sure it has 4mm pins)
- ALWAYS MAKE SURE THREADS ARE CLEAN before assembly!
- Adds 0.080″ to overall length (flanged model)
- Extends 0.300″ into tube (flanged model)

⚠️Caps do not need to be torqued tight like the adapter! Mildly snugged down with the wrench and that is good enough!
