1.360″ ID x 1.500″ OD Suspension reservoir pressure tubes

• Precision machined ID for consistent pressures along its full stroke and to give your piston seals the longest life
• Material options:
  • Titanium Grade 9 CWSR
  • 17-4 ph (coming soon)
  • Aluminum  (NOTE: AL tubes have a thicker wall and are xxxx″ OD, ID remains the same)
• Adapter end threaded 1 3/8-24 right hand thread (1.375×24)
• Cap end right hand threads  – select a model to see cap end threads (will be shown in photo gallery once model is selected)  
• Reinforced section / built in spacer spacer length is available in multiple sizes.
  • Choose a shorter length if you want more customization options- allows for adding a custom spacer length to set your own piston stop distance.

Several wall thickness options available to fit your demands: (please do your research on the required wall thickness & material for your application)

• light duty: Intermittent use in small to medium applications with cool down periods.
• Medium-heavy: Frequent rapid use in medium applications with short to no cool down period, or large demanding applications with cool down periods.
• Extreme duty: For the most demanding largest applications and extended rapid use with no cool down periods

• Dogboned style tubes are much lighter than plain tubes as excess material is removed between the threaded ends.
• Fluted tubes are 12% lighter than plain tubes with nearly the same strength and durability, looks awesome, and it gives you so much more grip!
• Use a strap wrench on the tube when needed.
• Using Rocksett adhesive on the adapter end is highly recommended. (Substitute with Threadlock at your own risk, I cant say how much to use so you could still break the threads loose after it has set).
• Length tolerance: +0.002″ / -0.005″

⚠️ If adapter comes loose when un-threading, then the adapter was not torqued enough onto the tube. Increase adapter-tube union torque, and use a drop of Rocksett.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The tube ends are a precision machined surface made to seal internal air/oil pressure. Protect tube ends from damage. Do not attempt to shorten tube unless you have the tools and know-how or you will have leaks!
